$89 drain cleaning special

$89, or you don’t pay a dime if we can’t clear the drain.

Offer valid for drains with an accessible cleanout only. Does not include removing toilets or accessing drains through roof vents.

Drains we clear

  • Kitchen sinks: grease, food and soap buildup
  • Bathroom sinks, tubs and showers: hair and soap scum
  • Toilets
  • Laundry drains
  • Floor drains in garages, laundry rooms and utility areas
  • Main sewer lines: when several drains back up at once
  • Roof vents: blocked vents cause slow drains and gurgling
  • Yard and area drains: dirt, mud, leaves and roots that cause backyard flooding

Signs you need a professional drain cleaning

  • Water drains slowly or stands in the sink, tub or shower
  • Gurgling sounds from drains or toilets
  • Bad smells coming up from drains
  • Clogs that come back soon after you clear them
  • Several drains slow or backing up at the same time
  • Water coming up in the tub or shower when you flush or run the washer
If more than one drain is acting up, the problem is probably in the main line, not the individual fixtures.

How we clear drains

Cable machines (snaking)

For most household clogs, we run a cable machine through the drain to break up and pull out the blockage. It’s fast and works well on hair, soap, paper and most everyday clogs.

Hydro jetting

When the clog is grease, roots or packed sediment, or when it keeps coming back, a cable just punches a hole through it. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the whole inside of the pipe clean.

Camera inspection when needed

If a drain keeps clogging or something doesn’t add up, we run a camera down the line to see what’s causing it, like roots, a broken pipe or a sag, so you’re not paying to clear the same clog over and over.

Why skip the chemical drain cleaners

Store-bought drain chemicals often just burn a small channel through the clog, leaving most of it behind. They can also damage older pipes and make the job harder (and less safe) for whoever clears the drain afterwards. If a plunger doesn’t do it, give us a call.

Commercial drain cleaning

We clear drains for businesses of all kinds, including restaurant kitchen and grease lines, offices, retail, and multi-unit properties. For businesses that clog regularly, we offer scheduled maintenance jetting to keep lines clear before they cause downtime. See our commercial plumbing page.

Drain cleaning FAQs

What does the $89 special include?

Clearing one drain with an accessible cleanout. If we can’t clear it, you don’t pay. It doesn’t cover removing toilets or accessing drains through roof vents.

Why does my drain keep clogging?

Usually because the clog was only partly cleared, or something in the pipe keeps catching debris: grease buildup, roots, a sag or a damaged section. Hydro jetting or a camera inspection gets to the cause.

Snaking or hydro jetting: which do I need?

Snaking handles most everyday clogs. Hydro jetting is better for grease, roots, sediment and clogs that keep coming back. We’ll tell you which makes sense for your drain.

Do you clear main sewer line clogs?

Yes. If several drains are backing up at once, we clear the main line and can camera-inspect it to see what caused the blockage.

Do you clean yard and area drains?

Yes. Clogged yard drains are a common cause of backyard flooding when the rains come. See our hydro jetting page.
