Usually where the water line enters the house, often on an outside wall at the front, or in the box with your water meter near the street. If you can’t find it, call us and we’ll help.

Should I call a plumber or the gas company for a gas leak?

Call 911 or SoCalGas first, from outside the house. Once they’ve made it safe, call us to repair the leak.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Anything that’s causing water damage, sewage backup, no water, no hot water, or a gas smell. If you’re not sure, call us and we’ll tell you.
